Composite decking vs PVC — the honest comparison
Composite (wood-plastic) wins on look and feel. PVC (Origin Range) wins on heat-tolerance, slip-rating and BAL fire ratings. If you're near bushland or have low-E glass on the deck side of the house, PVC saves you from melt damage. Otherwise composite is the standard choice.
