Ezy Decking Limited Warranty.

HEREIN EZY DECKING GUARANTEE WOOD PLASTIC COMPOSITE (WPC) WITH BRAND OF EZY DECKING. THE LIMITED WARRANTY SETS FORTH THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY BEING PROVIDED BY EZY DECKING TO ANY ORIGINAL CUSTOMER OF ITS PRODUCTS. PLEASE READ THIS WARRANTY CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING, USING OR INSTALLING YOUR EZY DECKING WPC PRODUCT.

Ezy Decking warrants to the original purchaser of the ezy decking wpc products noted below that, for the specified Warranty Period, such products shall, (i) under normal and proper service conditions, (ii) when installed in accordance with Ezy Decking WPC written instructions and (iii) when used and maintained in application area, the wpc material will not be damaged from other materials.

  1. THE LIMITED WARRANTY
    • The term of the prorated Limited Warranty (warranty Period) for the co-extrusion wpc : hollow and solid profiles shall be ten (10) years from the date of original purchase.
    • In the event of a failure of the above described Ezy Decking WPC products within the applicable Warranty Period as warranted above, when properly installed, used and maintained in the manner required by this Section 1 , Ezy Decking will replace the non-conforming item in the manner set forth in Section 2 below.
    • The Limited Warranty set forth herein is only for the above described Ezy Decking WPC products. This limited warranty comprises Ezy Decking wpc sole and entire warranty and obligation in connection with Ezy Decking wpc. Ezy Decking excludes and will not pay any incidental and/or consequential damages. Under no circumstances shall Ezy Decking be liable for any damages which exceed the actual purchase price of the defective product as adjusted on the basis of the pro-rated warranty schedule provided herein.
  2. Ezy Decking CLAIMS PROCEDURE:
    • In order to proceed with a warranty claim against Ezy Decking, the Purchaser must send to Ezy Decking a copy of original proof of purchase, and photos or other supporting evidence of the defective or non-conforming Ezy Decking product.
    • Upon discovering a possible defect of any Ezy Decking wpc product, the purchaser shall, at purchaser’s sole expense, make temporary repairs or cordon off the area in order to fully protect all property and persons that could be affected.
    • a) If any claims that the Ezy Decking products failed to perform as warranted above, Ezy Decking sole liability to purchaser is to replace the defective product.
      • Ezy Decking shall not be responsible for the costs associated with the installation of the replacement WPC product or the disposal of the defective WPC product.
      • Ezy Decking’s obligation to provide replacement product shall only be in an amount equal to the volume (linear feet) of defective material as listed on the Pro-rated warranty Schedule contained herein.
      • The purchaser acknowledges that Ezy Decking does not guarantee an exact match as colours and designs may change.
      • The purchaser agrees to the use of such fasteners as adequate for re-installation of the furnished board, irrespective of existing method.
      • Pro-rated Limited Warranty Schedule:
      • Year of Claim – percentage of replacement cover
      • 0-5Yr – 100%
      • 6-8Yr – 50%
      • 8-10Yr – 20%
